Never Worry Alone

Please join Newton Cares at their spring event, ‘Never Worry Alone’. Come listen to a panel of local mental health experts discuss the issues and challenges that can arise for our loved ones at any time across the lifespan. Newton Kids PMC Ride

The Newton Kids PMC Ride is back and better than ever! Get your bike ready to roll for this fantastic event. Rider and volunteer check-in begins at 8:00 am. Two-wheeled riders will zoom around a one-mile loop on Wells Avenue in Newton as many times as they can from 9:00 – 10:00 am. The 3-wheeled and balance bike crowd will tear it up on a separate tot course.

Be sure to stick around for the POST-RIDE PARTY starting at 10:00 am. There will be food, face painting, bike decorating, raffles, and more. This is a great way to get kids involved in raising money for an amazing cause. All proceeds go towards cancer research and patient support at the Jimmy Fund and Dana Farber.

Please join a evening with Happier founder and TED Talk speaker, Nataly Kogan. Nataly will share her game-changing strategies and insights on how you can live a happier life. Preschool registration open

The Rockwell Preschool at Lasell College is currently accepting applications for the 2018-19 school year. Rockwell has a half-day morning preschool and transition kindergarten and will be offering a full day, full year program as well as flexible extended day hours until 6:00 starting in September, 2018.

3. Anxiety: Education on what anxiety is — positive and negative anxiety, and how to manage it. May 4th, 11:30 am

4. Sleep: Education around why we sleep, the parts of sleep, and what we CAN do to sleep better. May 20th, 4:00 pm
