Dearborn Academy Speaker Series Event: Growing Up Stressed? Or Growing Up Mindful?

Stress compromises teens’ digestive and immune systems and clouds judgment and higher-level thinking.

Learn the science behind mindfulness and techniques to help teens – and yourself – reduce stress and improve health and learning from expert Christopher Willard, PsyD at a community discussion Growing Up Stressed? Or Growing Up Mindful? part of the Dearborn Academy Speaker Series.
