Tanglewood Marionettes “Cinderella” on March 13th
The Tanglewood Marionettes “Cinderella” is coming to the Newton Cultural Center. “Cinderella” is a classic fairy tale told with wit and style, featuring a dozen lavishly costumed 30” marionettes. The story unfolds as the pages of a giant book open to reveal each beautifully painted setting.
All your favorite characters are here – gentle Cinderella, the bumptious step-sisters and the charming Prince, as well as a few new surprises: Cinderella’s transportation to the ball is NOT your traditional coach and, when all hope seems lost, a clever little bluebird saves the day for Cinderella.
Tickets: $8.00 in advance (order at www.newtoncommunitypride.org) or $10.00 at the door.
March 13th, at 10:30 am and at 1:00 pm
