Information Meeting on June 15th

For students interested in technology, business, graphic design, public speaking, grant writing, STEM, or just a cool student activity, the LigerBots, Newton’s award-winning combined South and North high school robotics team, offers all those opportunities and more. There will be a meeting for interested students, including rising 9th graders, on Monday, June 15th, 6:30–8:30 pm, in the Newton South H.S. wood shop, Room 9170.

This will be a hands-on evening for prospective team members, with opportunities to drive the 2015 robot, use power tools, CAD on computers, make marketing products, and do engineering challenge games. Dessert will be served. For more information, email info@ligerbots.com.
