This is a training program for teens who are interested in developing leadership skills working with younger kids with a focus on the visual arts. Under the mentorship of experienced New Art Center staff and faculty, CITs will have the opportunity to work directly with young children during art classes. If you are interested in becoming a future counselor, and if you like the visual arts, this is a unique opportunity to gain practical experience and important life skills while you still get to make art.
