Do you want to introduce your kids to cross-country skiing and give them the opportunity to ski with other kids their age? Eastern Mass Bill Koch (EMBK) Club is a Boston-area club dedicated to introducing kids to the joys of cross-country skiing and racing. The club is open to children ages 7-13, absolute beginners to experienced competitive skiers.

Kids train at the DCR’s Leo J. Martin Ski Track in Newton Lower Falls from early December until the last snow melts. The facility makes its own snow. Everyone skis Saturday mornings, with some skiing Wednesday and/or Thursday evenings depending on their age/experience.
